Accessing any BNAME digital service, whether through a web browser, mobile interface or connected application, requires users to acknowledge the applicable terms beforehand. Using any portion of the platform, including browsing content, entering information or enabling available functions, represents agreement to the applicable conditions. These terms establish the relationship between the user and BNAME.

Availability of BNAME services and associated interfaces depends on compliance with the applicable terms and privacy documentation. These materials may be revised periodically. Continuing to access or interact with the platform after changes have been published confirms acceptance of the amended provisions.

All written, graphical, audiovisual and interface materials presented through the platform are owned by BNAME or provided under valid authorization. Such material is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, distribution, modification or public presentation without prior written permission is not allowed. Automated collection tools and attempts to bypass platform safeguards are also prohibited.

Access is offered through prepaid plans covering one, three or twelve months. After activation, a selected plan cannot be suspended, cancelled, reversed or refunded, regardless of how much of the available period is used. Maintenance, temporary outages or technical interruptions do not create an entitlement to compensation. BNAME may revise service conditions when necessary without advance notification.

Use of BNAME does not create an advisory, consulting or fiduciary relationship. Users remain solely responsible for decisions and actions taken through the platform. Services are supplied without promises regarding accuracy, uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose. Technical problems, security incidents and access interruptions may occur and users acknowledge these possibilities when using the service.

Platform access must be paid for in advance. Once a subscription has commenced, the payment and selected period are final and cannot be reversed. No refunds, credits or reimbursements are provided for unused access or interruptions affecting service availability. Users are responsible for managing their subscription throughout the purchased term.

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, BNAME and its associated entities accept no responsibility for direct, indirect or consequential losses connected with platform use. Users remain accountable for their own activities, including engagement with third-party material presented through the system. BNAME does not confirm the accuracy, reliability or suitability of external content.

BNAME may alter, suspend or remove portions of the platform or its services without providing advance notice. Continued access or use following such changes will be treated as confirmation that the revised terms have been accepted.

If any provision within these terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or adjusted only as necessary to make it effective, while all remaining provisions continue in force. A failure to enforce any provision at one time does not prevent BNAME from enforcing the same provision at a later date.
